How to do!!

  • Boil the pork belly in boiling water with salt for 15-20 minutes. Scoop out and set aside.
  • Use a fork to poke holes all over the pork skin. Rub the pork skin with vinegar and salt to add flavor to the entire piece of pork.
  • Dry the pork and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
  • Dip the pork skin side into the hot oil until the skin puffs up nicely. Cut into pieces for stir-frying.
